50% Commission

Industry standard in commission pay. We also add an hourly guarantee in the very rare event in which your commission does not meet a certain hourlyrate. Example would be bad weather conditions, you still get paid!

Monthly Yoga Retreats

This is an optional program at no cost for you to join our monthly Yoga/Meditation retreat at The Movement Studio in Allentown NJ. This is specifically geared towards relaxation, stretching and basic movements to keep you in tip top shape

Paid Vacation

You need to have fun too! Enjoy vacation pay after only 3 months of full time employment!
